SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. After you have made your order, you will receive your tracking number information within 24 hours of shipping. All orders are shipped 1-5 Business Days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days from the delivery of your item to submit a return/exchange request. You can always contact us for any return or exchange question at support@shoppagebypaige.com.
The customer is responsible for returning the item back to us in its original packaging. Please make sure the product or products are in the protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will not be accepted unless it was damaged through shipping and indicated so on the package from the shipping agency. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
